A shooting occurred shortly after noon today in the area of Hayes and Buchanan. SFPD's Gordon Shyy confirmed the incident to Hoodline, stating that one person was shot in the leg and transported to SF General with non life-threatening injuries. "Suspect or suspects still at large," he noted.

Reader Hannah alerted us to the incident via Twitter, stating that her friend was within feet of the shooting. According to the witness, it was a drive-by and three shots were fired. Hannah's witness then ran toward the clubhouse in the Hayes Valley Playground along with other onlookers.
