The SFPD bomb squad is responding to Seventh & Bryant after an alleged bomb threat was made at a tow yard in the area. It's likely that the tow yard in question is the AutoReturn tow yard at 450 7th St.
Police have shut down the Seventh Street exit on the I-80 freeway, as well as Bryant Street in both directions from Sixth to Eighth streets, in order to respond to what they are calling a "suspicious incident."
According to NBC Bay Area, the Hall of Justice, located at nearby 850 Bryant St., is also on lockdown:

Meanwhile, the threatened bomb does indeed appear to be at AutoReturn, where it is believed to be inside a car. A note attached to the car reportedly indicated that a bomb may be inside it.
