A 27-year-old woman was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being assaulted around 10am Friday, December 30th, in the Outer Mission.

According to police, the victim was on the 100 block of Sickles Avenue, near Mission Street, when a 35-year-old woman punched her. The victim then fell to the ground and lost consciousness.

The suspect has not been apprehended, and no further information is available at this time.
