A cement spill has closed one lane of westbound I-80 east of the 9th Street exit in San Francisco, said the California Highway Patrol.
At 8:13am, CHP discovered spilled cement across the center lanes as far back as the Bay Bridge.
Traffic is now also backed up onto the Bay Bridge, reported ABC7:

According to CHP, the third lane is likely to remain closed for another hour, and drivers can expect delays.
Update, 10:51pm: On Twitter, CHP said that drivers can expect the third lane to open in about 20 minutes.
