This year's open house, slated for May 18 from 10:00 A.M. to noon, invites the community to take a behind-the-scenes look at the operations that keep the city running smoothly.

From exploring the formidable snowplows to investigating the cogs and wheels of tractors, young and old will get the chance to see these large vehicles up close. Held at the Public Works Facility located at 1831 111th Ave, this event promises to give an inside scoop on not just the machinery but also the dedicated professionals who operate it. According to the city's announcement, attendance is free of charge, engaging citizens in the inner workings of their local government without a hit to their wallets.
