The wet weather is expected to return, but don't let that ruin your weekend. 

Since you may be wet anyway, why not commit your Saturday morning to the San Francisco Splash and Dash, where you can dress up and take a dip in the Bay for charity? If you prefer your charitable runs to be more exhibitionist, you could commit to the Cupid's Undie Run the same day, too. If you like your outdoor cardio more on the straight-forward side, there's also the Chinatown YMCA Chinese New Year Run on Sunday morning.

If you'd rather steer clear of the rain entirely, don't forget: SF Beer Week runs through the weekend, in addition to a few film options, including Mad Max re-edited in silence and a "bring your own dog" film festival with proceeds going to local animal shelters.
