Oakland celebrates Pride this weekend with a wide range of events, including a fun run, a celebratory breakfast, and a women's march, not to mention a parade and festival that starts at City Hall on Sunday morning.

There's also a fundraiser for victims of Hurricane Harvey at "life out loud" dance party.

The 42nd Annual San Francisco Comedy Club Competition begins this weekend with shows at Spice Monkey, Rosenblum Cellars is presenting classical guitar, and Woodminster Summer Musicals is ending its 50th season with Beauty and the Beast on Sunday.
