If you need help finalizing your weekend plans, ABC7's Reggie Aqui shows us four different events that are appropriate for everyone in the family.

Get into the holiday spirit with a day of fun at two different ice skating rinks: on Friday, from 10am to 11:30am, the Union Square Ice Rink is celebrating its 10th birthday with free admission, performances and treats.

Later on, head to the Little Ice Rink at South Shore Center in Alameda for the "official start to the Center’s seasonal holiday festivities." The event, which runs from 5-10pm, will begin with a ribbon cutting before moving on to performances by professional skaters like Alysa Liu and others.

On Saturday, make your way to Berkeley, for the Second Symposium: Better Beekeeping in the Bay Area. From 9am to 4pm, The Alameda County Beekeepers Association will have presentations, mead tasting and a raffle, with a door-prize by Mann Lake. Tickets are $60 for members and $70 for non-members.

If you're more of a dancer, skip the symposium and glide over to the Marina for the Ethnic Dance Festival Auditions. Tryouts for the 40th anniversary celebration, which is set to take place next year, begin on the fourth from 11am-5:30pm.

Additional tryouts are on November 5th from 11-6pm, November 11th from 11-5:30pm and on November 12th from 11-4:30pm.
