Timed to coincide with Munich's famed festival, this past weekend's Oktoberfest by the Bay featured four sessions of oompah music, German food and of course, ice-cold beer. Headlining the stage was the 21-piece Chico Bavarian Band, while dirndls and lederhosen abounded in the crowd.
