In a series of events that began with a catalytic car theft and a car chase in January, San Francisco police have arrested Spencer Hansen-Mukomela and two suspected illegal gun suppliers. The ongoing investigation led to the North Beach home of 39-year-old Craig Bolland, where officers found an array of guns and drugs. Bolland, along with 36-year-old Jose Reyes, faces several charges related to firearm possession, ammunition, and controlled substances.
