Early risers in South Knoxville witnessed more than the break of dawn Saturday morning as flames erupted at the local Handy Dandy Market. According to WATE, a 911 call reported a fire inside a cooler at the market at the brink of 8 a.m., while the store was still serving customers.

Responding fast, the Knoxville Fire Department arrived at the 3200 block of South Haven Road to find smoke billowing and flames peeking from the market's doorway, crews sprung into action and managed to suppress the fire that seemed to have sparked within a cooler located at the heart of the Handy Dandy Market, as reported by WBIR.
