The Philadelphia Police Department has issued an urgent appeal to locals for assistance in locating 15-year-old Isaiah Young-Cook, a missing juvenile whose last known sighting was on April 28, in the city's 39th District, as per a public notice released in the early hours today.

According to the police report, Isaiah was last seen at around 2:30 pm on the 4500 block of N 18th St., an area familiar to him; the teenager also frequents the Tarken Rec Center at 6250 Frontenac St. Authorities are currently scouring the area for any sign of the missing boy and urging anyone with information to come forward immediately.

Described as approximately 5’10” in height and weighing around 230 lbs., Isaiah Young-Cook is of a heavy build with brown skin, brown eyes, and distinguishing dreadlocks dyed blond at the tips, falling to ear length; when last seen the youth wore a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black and white sneakers, reported the Philadelphia Police blotter.

The circumstances of Isaiah's disappearance remain unclear at this point and the Philadelphia Police Department has not ruled out any possibilities as they continue their investigations, they are reaching out to the community, to pool together any piece of information that might lead them to Isaiah, no detail is too small, in the hope that he will be returned to his family safe and unharmed.
