The fair's theme this year, "where do I start?", sets to profoundly underline the predicament many face when seeking mental health care. "This is our Misdemeanor Mental Health Courts Mental Health Resource Fair. The theme this year is: 'where do I start?' So I tell people you can start here," Fulton County Chief Magistrate Judge Hon Cassandra Kirk explained.
